1. GOVERNING LAW & COMPLIANCE
These Terms are governed by South African law.

3. ORDER PROCESS & CONTRACT FORMATION. Product listings are invitations to treat, not offers
A contract is formed only when: You submit a complete order, We send order confirmation email, Payment is authorised/confirmed, We reserve right to refuse/cancel orders before
dispatch (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues), Order confirmation constitutes a record of the transaction
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices indicate VAT at 15% where applicable. Shipping costs calculated at checkout (clearly displayed).
Payment methods: Credit/debit cards via Payfast and EFT only. EFT orders processed only after funds cleared in our account.
We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Payfast)
5. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Standard delivery: 5-10 business days. Express delivery: 2-5 business days (where available). Risk passes to you upon delivery
We use reputable couriers with tracking. You must provide accurate, accessible delivery address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur redelivery fees
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTIES
CPA Statutory Rights :
5-day cooling-off period for direct marketing sales (unless exceptions apply). Return of defective goods within 30 days (presumed to have existed at delivery)
Repair, replace, or refund option for defective goods. Goods must be reasonably suitable for intended purpose. Our Return Policy (Additional to CPA):
Unwanted, non-defective goods in original condition: no returns. Return shipping costs borne by customer in all cases.
Refunds processed within 10-14 business days to original payment method in the case of irreparable goods where no re-supply is available or where replacement
goods are out of stock. Certain items excluded (consumables items)
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for: Indirect, consequential, or special damages. Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control. Incorrect use or storage of products
Maximum liability limited to purchase price of affected goods. This does not exclude liability for gross negligence, fraud, or death/personal injury
8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION (POPIA COMPLIANCE)
We collect only necessary personal information Purpose: Order processing, delivery, customer service, marketing (with consent)
We implement reasonable security measures. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, logos, trademarks remain our property. Products for personal use only unless otherwise specified.
No commercial reproduction or RESALE without written permission.
10. WEBSITE USE & DISCLAIMERS
We strive for accurate product descriptions/images but errors may occur. We reserve right to correct pricing/description errors at any time
Website provided "as is" - we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. You may not misuse website (hacking, fraud, data mining)
11. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance
If any clause invalid, remainder remains enforceable
Our failure to enforce rights does not waive those rights
Entire agreement supersedes prior discussions
